Cameron Norrie achieved the most important victory of his career by coming back from a set down to defeat world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 in the early stage of the Paris Masters.

While he had earlier beaten Alcaraz on two separate matches, this win signifies Norrie's initial win over a sitting world number one.
